Uday Bhatt, MD, is a double-board certified pain specialist with over ten years of experience providing effective treatment of acute and chronic pain. As the leading physician at NJ Spine and Pain PC, Dr. Bhatt provides compassionate, patient-centered care at three convenient locations in Hamilton Square, Monroe, and Flemington, New Jersey.
Dr. Bhatt received his undergraduate education from the State University of New York Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York. He then enrolled at B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Bhatt completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he was appointed chief resident. In addition to his residency, Dr. Bhatt also completed specialty training including a fellowship in interventional pain management at Garden State Pain Management in Clifton, New Jersey.
Dr. Bhatt specializes in a conservative, minimally invasive approach to pain management. He received specialty training in fluoroscopically guided interventional pain management procedures and uses the latest technology to deliver optimal results to his patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Bhatt is an active member of the American Society of Interventional Pain as well as the New Jersey Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
